Ajinomoto Pure Select® is a Japanese mayonnaise made with fine fresh egg, vinegars, and oils all produced in Japan. Only the whole eggs freshly laid within 3 days are used in this mayonnaise.

Seasoned with Ajinomoto's original Pure Select Vinegar. This specialty vinegar is a blend of brewed vinegar, grape vinegar, rice vinegar, and cereal vinegar.

The oils are made with quality canola oil, soybean oil, and corn oil, and these bring out the flavor of mayonnaise.

The texture of this Japanese mayo is smooth and creamy that melts softly in your mouth. The taste is mild and faintly sweet with a clean finish.

Carefully packaged with minimum contact with oxygen, keeping this mayo fresh even after opened.
